Life…a roller coaster ride
Now and then I feel I’m in the deepest ravine of
darkness
Now and again I feel I’m at the highest peak of
happiness
Every now and then I endure the pain
Every so often I enjoy every gain
There are times I feel scared
There are also times I feel relaxed
Those are matters life has to offer
Whose hearts with courage will stand stronger

Recipe
Ingredients:
A medium
size sliced salmon
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic
Red onion
Salt
Whip cream
Asparagus
Potato
Cherry tomato

Method:
Marinate (if I can call it marinate since it took me only
less than 15 minutes :D) the salmon with crushed garlic and red onion.
Heat the olive oil with butter, fry the salmon according to
your preference…whether u like it rare, medium or so well done like mine. Salt to
taste.
For the dressing : simmer the whip cream and salt to taste.
Cut the vege according to preference. Fry or boil and salt

You snapped, you get trapped...in guilt!
Most of us must have been in a situation when someone, out
of nothing, suddenly blew up our peaceful mind.
We wonder what went wrong, why was that so, what caused this
person to suddenly reacted like a mad cow.
Ideally, we, the so called ‘victim’ got to think positive
and try to mend our mistakes, if any, that we could think of, and come up with an
apology.
Well, what makes it more emotionally challenging was that the ‘predator’ after realizing that
he or she was at fault, never would want to say sorry. This is when our imaginary
mind, hope to school that ‘predator’ so that he or she would be able to
control his or her temper.Anyhow folks, let us be a civilized individual. Be mindful of those ‘snappers’ around us. Pick up tips on how to control our temper, so that we won’t get trapped in guilt for snapping at people unnecessarily. Let’s channel our energy for other things, don’t waste it. Peace J

Annoyed yet kind
Each day filled with annoyances, little or too much. Annoyed
with reckless drivers, annoyed with cranky security guards, annoyed with noises,
annoyed with traffic, annoyed with bosses, annoyed with crappy café foods, all
sorts of annoyances.
Hey, that’s fine to feel annoyed. We are all human after
all. We are not living in an ideal beautiful fantasy world.
Just don’t lose yourself, don’t let it out on people.
Be kind to ourselves.

Small part would chart a significant role
Everybody would have every opportunity to be part of a huge
effort to ease the burden of others. Look into ourselves, explore our hidden
ability and the will power to venture our time, energy or even some money in
charity work.
Remember, little is also significant.
The first step we take to embark in the charity work
promises great impact in our life. Little kindness that we offer opens up to self-contentment.
The more we give the more we’ll get rewarded in terms of feel good factor.
Charity work goes beyond donation of money or used items
(which is still in good condition). Joining NGOs such as Islamic Relief Malaysia or Muslim Aid Asia, provides a platform for citizens to be volunteers in
the charity and humanitarian activities.
A material/money contribution means a lot to the needy. Though
sometimes, money does not offer what it takes to continue living in healthy
condition. Now, we are able to register online for pledge to be an organ donor.
A pledge for others to continue living. A pledge that would make us be more
responsible in taking care of ourselves, with the awareness that someday, when
we are no longer on this earth, someone, somewhere would be able to benefit the
part of us and live life healthily.
A charity work too, goes beyond being kind to human beings, but
to our beloved mother earth. Recycle please.
Never limit our capabilities, never underestimate our
sincere intention, with some awareness we can make a big difference. We are
small in our capacity, but don’t let it limit our determination. Remember, little is also significant.
